OVERVIEW
This lesson focuses on students researching and choosing a college of their choice.
The students will complete a worksheet that provides all the necessary research information to create a final PowerPoint. A rubric is included.

STUDENT OBJECTIVES
Students will already know the basics of PowerPoint before starting this lesson.
Students will research on the internet a college of choice.
Students will complete a worksheet that provides questions for the college research.
Students will learn about APA style writing for citing resources.
Students will cite their resources on the college research worksheet and the PowerPoint.
Students will create a PowerPoint based on the completed research worksheet information and the checklist worksheet.
Students will review a college research rubric that provides the expectations for the PowerPoint.
